Daniel Santema

Coaches can expect Daniel to always give 100% on and off the pitch. He helps his teammates and is very disciplined. Whenever he plays soccer he wants to win, whether is an official game or practice. Daniel started soccer as a field player and turned into a goalie at the age of 10, this explains why is very comfortable with the ball at his feet. He has been the KNVB North goalie for a year and a half and has had trials with professional clubs FC Groningen, Valencia and Barcelona throughout his youth career. Currently he is taking a gap year.

Daniel is 20 years old and is interested in American sports (NBA, NFL), world politics, and world news. Daniel can be described as social, persistent, 100% prepared, and always wanting to win. He also has a kind character and cares for others. Daniel is currently in his senior year of MBO (pre-bachelor level 4) and will be focussing on the NAIA/NJCAA.
